Mr. Peter Bassett has over 25 years of specialized experience in the field of energy efficiency. He has specialized expertise related
to industrial energy efficiency project development, financing & implementation and with the management of programs to develop energy
efficiency markets. His project and program experience includes work in Canada, the USA, Russia, India, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, and Brazil.
As President of Energy Performance Services (EPS/Canada) since 1992, his experience includes implementation of a large number of specialized
energy efficient technologies in heavy process industrial companies and he has formed, developed and operated ESCO’s in North America,
Asia and Latin America. Mr. Bassett also has specific experience with the production of project design documents required under the UNFCCC
process for certification of carbon credits.2004.
Mr. Tom Ryan

Mr. Tom Ryan is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years experience in industrial eco-efficiency and the commercialization of new technologies
in the environmental field and in the energy, paper and equipment manufacturing industries, with a focus on project development and process design.
He is one of Canada\'s leading experts in environmental, economic and social performance metrics and pollution prevention. He had a key role in the
development and deployment of the Enviroclub initiative, working closely with three federal government agencies (Environment Canada, Canada Economic
Development for Quebec Regions and National Research Council Canada - Industrial Research Assistance Program) to assist manufacturing companies in the
implementation of eco-efficiency projects. Mr. Ryan has extensive experience leading feasibility studies and managing projects in partnership with
industry, equipment suppliers, construction companies, engineering firms and government bodies from many countries. He has held positions in marketing,
project management and regional operations management for the Norwegian conglomerate Kvaerner. He has also been Project Engineer for an Australian forest
products company and Plant Manager for Wulftec International, a Quebec based machinery manufacturer.
